Data we collect

When you send a request: type of stay, dates, number of guests, name, email, phone number if provided, preferred contact method and your message.

For security: your IP address and technical signals used to block spam and abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your request and preparing a quote, as steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Protecting the website against spam and abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Measuring visits and requests with Google Analytics, only with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Recipients

Your request is read only by the estate's management. Cloudflare acts as our processor for hosting, email delivery, spam protection (Turnstile) and cookie-free audience statistics. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

If you accept cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. receives browsing data as our processor for Google Analytics.

Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a rental contract requires longer retention. Security logs are kept for a few days.

Cookies

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only if you accept them in the banner. They are kept for up to 13 months and Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing has no effect on using the website.

Cloudflare's statistics are cookie-free, and the spam check may process technical data to tell people and bots apart.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability by writing to domaineladilecta@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
